The 90/10 plan offers three different caloric levels based on the amount of weight you want to lose and the amount of exercise you are willing to commit to each week. Once you’ve selected your goal, you’ll have two full weeks of deliciously different breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks—that’s forty-two meals for each plan!
